Neck protection specially designed for youth or smaller riders. The Alpinestars Youth Neckbrace causes the energy on the neck from impact to find an alternative path. If the helmet is in contact with the neckbrace at the moment of impact, the overall amount of energy through the neck will be reduced. As a result, a fracture and muscle injury by the extreme movement of the head can be prevented. Although it is not possible to completely prevent the risk of any injury, this neckbrace provides enough protection to reduce the risk of serious injury.

- Designed and developed to the anatomy of small and young riders
- Frame made of an injected polymer compound that has been tested at extreme impacts at different surfaces and temperatures
- Frame is ergonomically designed to promote contact with the helmet during impact - including the rear support edge which that fits closer to the body and avoids hyperflexion injuries. This ensures a solid surface that removes forces on the neck and transfers it to the frame
- The anatomical profile of the frame promotes contact helmet in the event of a crash, while the rider maintains freedom of movement
- The rear stabilization system keeps the brace in place and is also designed to absorb extreme loads of energy on the spine and transfer it to the shoulders in order to prevent serious back injury
- Ultra-lightweight EVA foam on the inside of the brace for comfort and to distribute as much energy as possible
- A new closure system for easy on and off makes the brace quickly removable in case of emergency
- The brace comes with an easy to use strap system which can be worn either under or over the jersey
