We strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied, both with our service and our products. How annoying, unfortunately it can still prevent a complaint arises. With a complaint, you can contact us ...at any time. You can submit your complaint by mail sending it to info@mx-deals.nl. We will do our best to resolve your complaint satisfactorily.

Describe in your letter or e-mail clearly what the complaint is. Please include your name, address, email address and telephone number. If your complaint relates to an order or (a) product(s), please specify the details of the product and /or the invoice number.
When we have received your complaint within 2 working days, we will acknowledge the receipt to you. We take your complaint as soon as possible and will be processed within 14 days. This applies to your submission by mail and by post. If the complaint involves a longer processing time, we let you know within 14 days and thereby give an estimate of the processing time.
