I have a MX Deals account but an alternative delivery address
If you want to receive the package at a different address than is registered with MX deals, you can indicate this when you want to finish the order. Is you order complete in the shopping cart, click on 'Checkout'. Now you'll enther the 'one page checkout'.

As you can see, your details are already filled. Do you want to enter a different delivery address then click on 'I want to use a new address'. You can now enter all the data and still successfully complete the order.
Please make sure the information is correct. When you have completed the alternative address and this is not the right address, the ( financial ) consequences are for your own account.
The delivery confirmation
When MX Deals has received the order and payment is successful, a delivery confirmation mail will be sent with the expected delivery time. This delivery time is listed for each product on the website of MX Deals. The delivery time is normally 2-6 business days. Is the product in stock or is there a variant delivery time, this is stated in the product or we will notify you accordingly .
Unfortunately, we can not exclude that due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery time could be variant. MX Deals aims to limit delayed delivery to a minimum. If this should be the case, we will, in all cases, of course, as soon as possible contact you and we will keep you informed about the status of shipment.

MX Discount shipping its products via UPS. They are our carrier both inside and outside the Netherlands.
UPS operates with a Track and Trace system so that you are always aware of the status of shipment. Once the code of the package is known to us, and the order has been sent, you will receive a conformation e-mail from UPS containing your order number, the track and trace code and the link of UPS where you can enter your code.

- The shipping costs for Germany are € 9,50 per order.

For cash on delivery you can pay the driver upon delivery of the goods. You will receive an order confirmation on which the total amount is listed. Please make sure that you have the appropriate amount of money at home? This avoids the problem that the driver has not enough change with him.
