At MX Deals you can exchange or return an item within 30 days of receipt. Below you will find answers to all questions about returns and which conditions apply to this.

You can return the product up to 30 days after you have received it.

The product must be returned unused, including mounted labels and in original product packaging.

Yes, you can try your product as you would do in the store. For example; you can put on a motocross helmet to fit, but don't use it while riding a motorcycle. Leave any labels on the helmet while fitting.

If you do not like the product, you can return it. Make sure that the product meets the return conditions. That means; unused, including mounted labels and in original product packaging. Then we can always make someone else happy with it.
Unfortunately it is not possible to return the products below:
  • Personalized products (e.g. printed motocross jerseys, graphics, etc.)
  • Custom products (e.g. custom exhaust)
  • Pre-listed specially ordered items (e.g. very specific original parts)
  • Redeemed/completed discount codes or vouchers
  • Assembled products (e.g. complete assembled wheels including tires, discs, etc.)
  • In addition, services provided or special services are excluded from reimbursement. Think about: Hourly rate (e.g. labor costs for assembling wheels)
  • Costs for special shipping options such as UPS Express, UPS Express Saver, etc.

You have 2 return options within 30 days of receiving your product:
  • Exchange your product for another product, at a 50% discount on the return costs (Only: NL/BE/DE/LU/FR/DK/AT).
  • Return your product and receive the amount back. The return costs will be deducted.
You can indicate your choice when registering your return.
The return costs differ per country. You will receive a 50% discount on the return costs if you exchange the product (with the exception of countries with an *). When exchanging, we will pay the shipping costs for the replacement items

Returns
When returning, we will deduct the return costs from the refund.

Exchange
In case of exchange, the return costs will be deducted from the total amount. If additional payment is required, you will receive a payment request in the return confirmation. In case of a refund, we will refund the price difference within a maximum of 5 working days.

No return costs will be charged for products that are delivered damaged or defective. This is always done in accordance with customer service.

The duration of your return process depends on the type of return:

Return
Depending on how quickly the carrier delivers the return to us, we will process the return within two working days. The amount will then be refunded within 5 working days.

Exchange
Depending on how quickly the carrier delivers the return to us, we will process the return within two working days. If any payments have been completed and all replacement items are in stock, we will send them immediately. We will of course process this as soon as possible so that you receive your replacement order as soon as possible.
This is how you send your return to MX Deals.

  1. Register your return. State clearly whether you wish to exchange or return the package.

  2. Please ensure that any product to be returned is unused, including mounted labels and neatly packed. In addition, the product must be in the original product packaging. Make sure everything meets the return conditions.

  3. Pack your return neatly and securely. It does not matter which packaging you use, but DO NOT use the original product packaging.

  4. Print out the to be received return label and stick it neatly on the package. Make sure the old shipping label is no longer visible. You will receive the shipping label within 30 minutes after you have received the return confirmation from us. You will receive the return confirmation within 1 working day.Please note: the return label can only be used within the specified return period.

  5. Drop off your package at the nearest parcel point. The shipping label contains the Track & Trace code to track your package.
  • Cheaper product: after receiving your return, we will refund the price difference within a maximum of 5 working days and send the replacement order as soon as possible. We will make the refund using the payment method you originally used.
  • More expensive product: you will receive a payment request from us for the price difference. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send the replacement order to you.
You can deliver your return order to the nearest parcel point. Before you receive the return label from us, we will state with which carrier the package can be returned. Below you will find the parcel points of the carriers we work with:
  • DPD
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • PostNL

Which carrier and the associated parcel points can be found in the 'return label' email that you receive from us.
Please use the return label provided by us so that the package is traceable and insured. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages sent by other means.
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to collect a return from your home. You must therefore return using the instructions that we provide.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to physically deliver a product to our address. This should always be done by means of shipment.
After your return has been delivered to a parcel point, you will receive an e-mail containing the track & trace. You will also receive an email when your return has been received by us.
After receiving your return, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 5 working days. We do this using the payment method with which you originally paid.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return personalized products.
We will of course solve that for you! Customer service should always assess the damaged or defective product.

Yes, as long as you meet all return conditions, you will receive the full purchase amount of the items. If your return does not meet the return conditions, a value reduction can be applied. This works as follows:
