Return Conditions


You can return the product up to 30 days after you have received it.

The product must be returned unused, including mounted labels and in original product packaging.
Yes, you can try your product as you would do in the store. For example; you can put on a motocross helmet to fit, but don't use it while riding a motorcycle. Leave any labels on the helmet while fitting.

If you do not like the product, you can return it. Make sure that the product meets the return conditions. That means; unused, including mounted labels and in original product packaging. Then we can always make someone else happy with it.
Unfortunately it is not possible to return the products below:
  • Personalized products (e.g. printed motocross jerseys, graphics, etc.)
  • Custom products (e.g. custom exhaust)
  • Pre-listed specially ordered items (e.g. very specific original parts)
  • Redeemed/completed discount codes or vouchers
  • Assembled products (e.g. complete assembled wheels including tires, discs, etc.)
  • In addition, services provided or special services are excluded from reimbursement. Think about: Hourly rate (e.g. labor costs for assembling wheels)
  • Costs for special shipping options such as UPS Express, UPS Express Saver, etc.

You have 2 return options within 30 days of receiving your product:
  • Exchange your product for another product, at a 50% discount on the return costs (Only: NL/BE/DE/LU/FR/DK/AT).
  • Return your product and receive the amount back. The return costs will be deducted.
You can indicate your choice when registering your return.
The return costs differ per country. You will receive a 50% discount on the return costs if you exchange the product (with the exception of countries with an *). When exchanging, we will pay the shipping costs for the replacement items

Returns
When returning, we will deduct the return costs from the refund.

Exchange
In case of exchange, the return costs will be deducted from the total amount. If additional payment is required, you will receive a payment request in the return confirmation. In case of a refund, we will refund the price difference within a maximum of 5 working days.

No return costs will be charged for products that are delivered damaged or defective. This is always done in accordance with customer service.
Please use the return label provided by us so that the package is traceable and insured. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages sent by other means.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return personalized products.
We will of course solve that for you! Customer service should always assess the damaged or defective product.

If the product has been delivered damaged or defective and you have indicated the return within the return period, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge. The product must meet all return conditions. That means in any case unused, including mounted labels and neatly packed.
