The Twist 3 MX helmet is fabricated out of HRT (High Resistance Thermoplastic) with double EPS foam on the inside. This combination of materials is both strong and very lightweight. In addition, this motocross helmet consists of a single shell so that you can easily exchange different liner sizes.
